The Robins Fitness Center is excited to announce a brand new class geared toward our 55+ population! This strength, stability, and mobility circuit is an energetic, innovative and proven, results-oriented circuit class that is open to anyone, but designed for members 55 and over, or mobility limited. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. Every exercise will have modifications should you be recovering from injury, illness, or have limitations.
These low impact workouts with high impact results can improve heart health, increase muscular strength and endurance, improve balance and coordination, reduce depression and anxiety, maintain flexibility, range of motion and mobility, improve memory and motor skills, increase immune function, and improve sleep.
