We accept all forms of payment. No Cash back offered on card transactions. All sales are finals, no refunds — please check your order for accuracy before purchasing.

The following tickets are paper copies and may need to be ordered from outside of our physical office. You will pay for these in advance and receive a call when the tickets arrive in office. Please plan purchase of the following tickets at least 1 week in advance: Funspot Fl, Georgia Aquarium, Medieval Times all locations, Zoo Atlanta, Kennedy Space Center, and Gatorland.

Anchoring Sugarloaf Mills Mall at entry five, the Atlanta Castle is hard to miss. Pro tip: Even though the official entrance to the castle is inside the mall, be sure to grab some pictures outside of entrance five in front of our Castle structure!
Parking wraps around the Castle comfortably making it an easy stroll over to the entrance. No need to fret, the parking for the Castle is ample and free! Pro tip: If you are looking to do a little shopping at the mall before the show, we have a beautiful gift shop full of treasures to make even the toughest recipient smile with glee!
