Fitness Questionnaire Policy Change;

  • Airmen will be required to complete the questionnaire no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled fitness assessment. Airmen showing up to their test without an FSQ or an FSQ that is dated within 7 days of their assessment will be turned away.
  • Changes were made to the FSQ to improve the safety, health, and welfare of our Airmen and applies to all Total Force Airmen. This affords members the opportunity to validate sickle cell traits (SCT) and comply with the new FSQ requirements.
