The Base Library invites you to come use our FSS facilities, programs, and materials and
let us be your bridge between the past, present, and future. The library requires only your ID
card to check out these amazing resources!

We have a print collection of over 48,500 books as well as offering public use of
computers, foreign language and tutoring software, movies, audiobooks, downloadable
materials, magazines and newspapers, research material and assistance. New media is added daily.

Our online resources include: Online Public Catalog, Transparent Languages, OverDrive
audio and ebooks, databases for looking up articles for magazines, journals, newspapers and practice exams.
Pratice exams for CLEP and DANTES tests.

We offer a complete range of services for all age groups and interests. We specialize
in knowledge and entertainment. The only thing we’re missing is you.

We are located behind the Burger King on base, next to the furniture store, and across the street from the Chapel.

In our building, you will also find the 78th Air Base Wing and the 78th Mission Support Group, as well as the
Education Office and Public Affairs. Building 905 also contains satellite offices and classes for Macon State
College, Georgia Military University, and Georgia College & State University.
