Fitness Class Descriptions

Aqua Challenge

Jump right into our aqua classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. This low-impact water aerobics class is suitable to all.

Stretch

Low-impact stretching to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Expect guided movements and postures aimed at loosening muscles, relieving tension, and enhancing range of motion.

Dynamic Aging

This strength, stability, and mobility circuit is an energetic, innovative and proven, results-oriented circuit class that is open to anyone, but designed for members 55 and over, or mobility limited. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. Every exercise will have modifications should you be recovering from injury, illness, or have limitations.

Spin

60 minute indoor cycling exposing participants to a variety of training styles and energy zones to improve health and fitness. Be ready for the ride of your life as the instructor has you sprint, do hills, and other drills to simulate outdoor riding.

Cycling

45 minute challenging and exhilarating high-intensity indoor cycling class designed to strengthen your mind, body, and soul by building cardio and muscle endurance.

Chisel

A combination of an energizing cardiovascular workout and strength exercises utilizing light to medium weights to chisel all major muscle groups so that your body keeps building more metabolically active lean muscle.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training workout with short bursts to increase your heart rate and HIIT your highest potential to transofrm your body, and eventually transform your life!

Beginner Yoga

Explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice as well as the traditional poses. You’ll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.

Yoga

Engages the mind, body, and spirit in equal measure. Along with added strength, an increase in flexibility and balance will be gained. In addition, there is time to relax and let your daily stress fade away. All ages and levels of experience will benefit!

Zumba

Our Zumba classes fuses easy to follow dance type moves and aerobic conditioning to make exercising fun for all fitness levels!
