King of the Gym Bench Press Contest
- Each participant will be given 3 attempts with highest weight achieved recorded.
- When participants weight is racked, he or she will be given 2 minutes to perform first lift.
- If plates or bench shift at any time during performed lift, the participant is given the opportunity to reattempt the same weight.
- All weight will be rounded to the nearest 5lb increment.
- The coefficient factor will be utilized to determine winner of weight category. (Weight lifted divided by participants weight)
