Fitness Center Indoor Pool

Level up your fitness routine with lap swimming—boost endurance, build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and reduce stress, all while being easy on your joints!

Indoor Pool Rules

  • Pool Hours: Monday – Friday 6 A.M. to 5 P.M.
  • Patrons must shower before entering the pool
  • Must be 16 years old to swim independently
  • Ages 13-15 MUST be accompanied by a parent, and must be able to swim (at lifeguards discretion
  • Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the pool, or on the deck
  • Lap swim and water exercise only
  • Please practice courtesy to other swimmers
  • If more than 2 people are in a lane, swimmers must swim in a clockwise rotation

Water Aerobics

Monday & Wednesday from 9 A.M. to 10 A.M.

Jump right into our “Aqua Challenge” water aerobics class held every Monday and Wednesday from 9 A.M. to 10 A.M to build cardiovascular fitness and strength! Our water aerobic classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. This is a low-impact water aerobics class, and is suitable to all fitness levels.
